Pre-order Items
Estimated dispatch time frames for pre-order items detailed in the product description are to be used as a guide only. Some delays may occur during shipping and logistics which is out of our control. If you have included a pre-order item in your order, the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Unfortunately, we do not split orders. If have ordered a pre-order item and require the other items in your order straight away, we highly suggest you place 2 separate orders.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes, with the option of adding complimentary gold foil ribbon and gold foil 'For You' gift card. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the gift message text box on the product page.
To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. If you require more than one box for separate gifting, please let us know in the notes section at checkout. All pendants ordered seperate will be packaged in our branded suede jewellery pouches.
