Permanent Jewellery Appointment

If you are wanting two pieces or wanting it done with a friend or your mini (bestie bracelets!), please book two consecutive appointments. We allow 20 minutes per person, per piece.
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, which is redeemable back on your chain selection during your appointment. The prices vary depending on the chain chosen:

T's & C's:
-Failure to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior will result in a forfeit of the $50 deposit.
-Please keep in mind all permanent jewellery is custom fit, so once the chain is cut we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. Make sure the length is perfect before it is soldered!
-We offer a one month warranty on permanent jewellery repairs from the time it is soldered on. This only applies if you are still in possession of the chain, and if broken at the jump ring where it was soldered. If the chain has been snapped from being pulled, we can re-weld it on for a $50 repair fee. In the case the chain is lost and cannot be retrieved, we are unfortunately unable to replace the chain for you.
-We do offer re-welds of other brands,
we can re-weld it for a $50 repair fee (the cost of the Permanent Jewellery Appointment booking fee).
-Please note that the $10 Off newsletter sign up discount does not apply to permanent jewellery appointments. If this discount is used, the difference of the discounted $10 will be added to the total on the day.

We offer next-day-dispatch on all orders placed Monday - Friday. Your order will be sent out either the same or the following business day! Our orders are sent from our Southport warehouse. *This excludes our 9k solid gold range which is made to order and requires 3 weeks for production.

Pre-order Items
Estimated dispatch time frames for pre-order items detailed in the product description are to be used as a guide only. Some delays may occur during shipping and logistics which is out of our control. If you have included a pre-order item in your order, the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Unfortunately, we do not split orders. If have ordered a pre-order item and require the other items in your order straight away, we highly suggest you place 2 separate orders.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes, with the option of adding complimentary gold foil ribbon and gold foil 'For You' gift card. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the gift message text box on the product page.
To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. If you require more than one box for separate gifting, please let us know in the notes section at checkout. All pendants ordered seperate will be packaged in our branded suede jewellery pouches.
