Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. They can also be used on our permanent jewellery service. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Please enter the email address of the recipient at the checkout, as your digital gift card will be automatically emailed to this email address after purchase.

Valid for 1 year from purchase. Discounts and sales are not applied to purchases of Gift Cards as they hold a monetary value.  Please note that this is a gift credit only and is not transferable nor refundable if un-used.

Please note that we will not take any responsibility for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you upon checkout.

All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes and sent out in our compostable postage satchels. If you select 'add gift ribbon', they will be wrapped with a white and gold foil branded ribbon. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the gift message text box on the product page.

To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. If you require more than one box for separate gifting, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

It didn’t arrive and they wouldn’t respond so I had to initiate a charge back

I bought a gift voucher for my daughter that was meant to arrive on Christmas Day.

It didn't.

I sent a message to their contact page. I didn’t received a response.

They do not have a phone number so you can’t contact them.

We sent them evidence of the transaction.

We tried several times via their only contact method but never heard back. I would not buy from them as it it’s due to a software error they do not have a communication method that they respond to so now my daughter did not receive her Christmas present and it’s the 28th December. I’m so disappointed with this business and it’s just not worth the risk of buying with them.
If I do not hear from you by end of day tomorrow I will seek a charge back and leave an appropriate review as we have had a very disappointing shopping experience.

Hi Annette, I’m so sorry to hear this. All of our gift cards are sent automatically, on the same day the order is placed. I just checked your order and I can see that the gift card was sent to your email ending in the same day you placed the order (Dec 20th). Please let me know if you still cannot find it, please check your junk mail box too.

I hope you can understand I had some time off over Christmas, this was stated on our website that we were taking a break. I have a small family and this is the only time that I take off all year. I am now back at work so happy to look into it for you. Thanks, Alyce
