Can I exchange an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size, we accept exchanges up to 30 days after items are received. Or alternatively  you can request a store credit. For health reasons we cannot accept earring exchanges. Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We recommend using tracked postage and protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.

Can I return an item?
Sorry we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.
