Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Jewellery must be returned in it's original packaging and must be in new unworn condition.

Please note sale items are final, and cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring exchanges. Please Note: our custom 9K solid gold pieces are not eligible for returns. Our warranty for manufacturing faults is 1 month from date of purchase. If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us. 

To request a return, please contact us with your full name and order number in the email subject. 

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Mint Kiss is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using tracked postage, retaining proof of postage, and using protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.
