We offer next-day-dispatch on all orders placed Monday - Friday. Your order will be sent out either the same or the following business day!  *excludes custom 9K solid gold range. Standard Australia-wide orders will be received approximately 2-5 business days after the order has been sent, and express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard International shipping depends on your country location and rate of Australia Post delivery, but it approximately 12 business days.

If you have included a pre-order item in your order,  the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Unfortunately, we do not split orders. If have ordered a pre-order item and require the other items in your order straight away, we highly suggest you place 2 separate orders.

Mint Kiss pieces are made from precious metals including sterling silver, 18k gold plated, and 9k solid gold:

Gold Plated
All of our gold plated jewellery is electroplated with 18k gold over a base of 925 sterling silver. At Mint Kiss, we pride ourselves on quality, and we therefore use a higher amount of gold plating than the industry standard. We use a thick 1 micron plating, meaning it is perfect to wear everyday and when showering/washing hands.

Sterling Silver
Sterling silver designs are made from 925 sterling silver, and are coated with a protective layer to keep the silver looking bright and new. Chosen for its strength and beauty, sterling silver can give you a lifetime of gleam! 

Solid gold
Our solid gold jewellery collection is made from 9k. Solid gold jewellery is highly valued because it is very durable for everyday wear, and doesn’t tarnish or fade with time. Which means you can leave our 9k solid gold pieces on 24/7, including swimming in the ocean and pool, and exercising. 

None of our jewellery contains nickel, which makes all our pieces hypoallergenic! Say goodbye to green skin and sore ears!

Yes, our jewellery can be worn every day in the shower and while washing your hands. We do recommend to keep it out of the ocean and chlorine to ensure it lasts. Please refer to our care instructions.

Yes, our jewellery is sweatproof! 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size, we accept exchanges of unworn jewellery up to 30 days from purchase date. Or alternatively, you can request a store credit. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earring exchanges, unless faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale items or customised solid gold items.

Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend using tracked postage and protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes, with the option of adding complimentary gold foil ribbon and gold foil 'For You' gift card. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the gift message text box on the product page. To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. If you require more than one box for separate gifting, please let us know in the notes section at checkout. All pendants ordered seperate will be packaged in our branded suede jewellery pouches.

We do offer gift cards in set amounts depending on your budget. They are valid for 3 years and are delivered to your email address or directly to the gift recipient's email address. The email will contain instructions on how to redeem the voucher on our website. There are no additional processing fees, and they can be used over more than one transaction if desired. They can be used on our permanent jewellery service too! You can shop gift cards here. 

Our pieces are made by our global team of craftsmen in India, China, and Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business whom value safe and responsible working practices for their artisans. 

Stress less, they are most likely not broken! Our jewellery is made from sterling silver and 18k gold, which are soft, natural metals. Sometimes the pin that goes through your ear can move slightly during transport or while wearing them, meaning that it is not lining up with the closure clasp to click shut. To fix this, slightly bend the pin upwards, and adjust it until it lines back up again and clicks closed. If your earring still feels loose upon clicking closed, keep adjusting it until you reach the desired tightness. And voilà, fixed!
