How much will shipping cost?
Standard Australia wide shipping is free on all orders of $70 or more! If your order is below $70, standard shipping within Australia will cost $9.15 and $12.15 for express. All rates and delivery times can be viewed here. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to process orders within 24hrs after you place them. Standard Australia-wide orders will be received approximately 2-5 business days after the order has been sent, and express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard International shipping depends on your country location and rate of Australia Post delivery, but it approximately 12 business days.

How will my order be packaged
All orders are packaged in our Mint Kiss boxes and tissue paper made from recycled materials along with compostable postage satchels. To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. Feel free to let us know in the notes section of the checkout if you require more than one box for separate packaging. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the notes section at checkout.

Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, to make shopping easier, we offer the Afterpay payment option, so you can Shop Now, Wear Now and Pay Later. Pay your order off in four equal and affordable, interest free fortnightly instalments.

How do I figure out my ring size?
You can view our ring size guide here. This will help you measure your correct size, or alternatively, pop into a local jeweller. 

Do you sell gift cards? 
Yes, we sell gift cards for $50, $100, $150, and $200. You can find them here. 

Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size, we accept exchanges up to 30 days after items are received. Or alternatively  you can request a store credit, but we do not offer refunds. For health reasons we cannot accept earring exchanges. Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We recommend using tracked postage and protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.

The item I want is out of stock?
If the item you are wanting is out of stock, please click the 'email when in stock' button to be notified when it is due to arrive back in stock. Or email us at mintkissx@gmail.com to get a rough estimate.

Where are your pieces made?
Our pieces are made by our global team of craftsmen in India, China, and Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams & whom value responsible working practices for their artisans. 

Do you attend any markets?
Yes! We do the Eumundi Markets every Wednesday from 8:30am - 1:30pm.

Is Mint Kiss jewellery located in any shops throughout Australia?
Yes! If you would prefer to view our range in person, here is a list of all our stockistsPlease note that stockists may not carry our whole range.
