We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 worldwide! All of our shipping rates and delivery times can be viewed here. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer next-day-dispatch on all orders placed Monday - Friday. Your order will be sent out either the same or the following business day!  *excludes custom 9K solid gold range. Standard Australia-wide orders will be received approximately 2-5 business days after the order has been sent, and express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard International shipping depends on your country location and rate of Australia Post delivery, but it approximately 12 business days.

How will my order be packaged
All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes and sent out in our compostable postage satchels. If you select 'add gift ribbon', they will look like this in our peach branded box, wrapped with a white and gold foil branded ribbon. To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. Let us know in the notes section of the checkout if you require more than one box for separate packaging. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the text box on the product page.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes, our jewellery can be worn every day in the shower and while washing your hands. We do recommend to keep it out of the ocean and chlorine to ensure it lasts.

Can I wear your jewellery to the gym?
Yes, our jewellery is sweatproof! 

Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, to make shopping easier, we offer the Afterpay payment option, so you can Shop Now, Wear Now and Pay Later. Pay your order off in four equal and affordable, interest free fortnightly instalments.

How do I figure out my ring size?
You can view our ring size guide here. This will help you measure your correct size, or alternatively, pop into a local jeweller. 

Do you sell gift cards? 
Yes, we sell gift cards for $50, $100, $150, $180, $200, $250, $300, and $350. You can find them here. These can be used on our permanent jewellery service too!

Do you offer permanent jewellery?

Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size, we accept exchanges up to 30 days after items are received. Or alternatively  you can request a store credit, but we do not offer refunds. For health reasons we cannot accept earring exchanges. Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend using tracked postage and protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.

HELP, my hoops won't click in!

Stress less, they are most likely not broken! Our jewellery is made from sterling silver and 18k gold, which are soft, natural metals. Sometimes the pin that goes through your ear can move slightly during transport or while wearing them, meaning that it is not lining up with the closure clasp to click shut. To fix this, slightly bend the pin upwards, and adjust it until it lines back up again and clicks closed. If your earring still feels loose upon clicking closed, keep adjusting it until you reach the desired tightness. And voilà, fixed! If you are still having issues with your hoops, please stop wearing them immediately to avoid losing them, and email us at 

The item I want is out of stock?
If the item you are wanting is out of stock, please click the 'email when in stock' button to be notified when it is due to arrive back in stock. Or email us at to get a rough estimate on the restock date.

Our pieces are made by our global team of craftsmen in India, China, and Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business whom value responsible working practices for their artisans.
