Take care of your gold plated jewellery by avoiding:
-swimming in the ocean and chlorinated pools. Showering and washing your hands are fine!
​- exposing your jewellery to perfumes, hairsprays, or creams.
- exposing your jewellery to household bleaches and cleaners.

If your jewellery needs a clean, dilute a small amount of mild dishwashing detergent in warm water. Soak for up to 10 minutes, rinse and then pat dry with a clean, soft cloth. We don’t recommend using silver polishing liquids or chemical cleaners to clean our jewellery as it will remove the gold plating.

We suggest using a soft cloth with your silver pieces to keep them shiny and clean.

To clean your solid gold pieces, run under warm water & gently rub the chain with a soft, baby tooth brush or cotton tip. Please note the 9K Solid Gold Collection is delicate in nature and requires care to avoid accidentally getting caught and breaking. Please keep this in mind before purchasing, as this type of damage isn’t covered under warranty.

We recommend storing your Mint Kiss pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For daily storage, we recommend avoiding humidity and heat, as it may cause tarnishing over time. The best place to store your jewellery is in a jewellery box (not our gift boxes). Please avoid storing your jewellery in our Mint Kiss boxes as they can lock in moisture in the air. Once you receive your purchase, we strongly recommend relocating your new pieces to a jewellery box to keep your pieces shining.
