Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. That’s why we offer a 90-day grace period from the delivery date to help with any defects or damages you might encounter. Just email us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Just a heads-up, after the 90 days, we won’t be able to replace or refund any pieces. This is because jewellery can go through a lot of wear and tear, which may come from exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, fragrances, accidental bumps, humidity, and other everyday factors. Taking care of your jewellery can make all the difference!

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earring exchanges. Please Note: our custom 9K solid gold pieces are not eligible for returns. Our warranty for manufacturing faults extends to 6 months from date of purchase. If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact us mintkissx@gmail.com
Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Mint Kiss is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using tracked postage, retaining proof of postage, and using protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely. By placing an order with Mint Kiss, customers are responsible for all applicable custom import fees.
