Permanent Jewellery Appointment
The first and OG permanent jewellery destination on the Gold Coast! We are now offering this experience at The Village Markets Burleigh and Sun House Studio in Burleigh Heads. If you are wanting two pieces or wanting it done with a friend or your mini (bestie bracelets!), please book two consecutive appointments. We allow 20 minutes per person, per piece.
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your order total on the day. The prices vary depending on the chain chosen:

-Failure to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior will result in a forfeit of the $50 deposit.
-Please keep in mind all permanent jewellery is custom fit, so once the chain is cut we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. Make sure the length is perfect before it is soldered!
-We offer a one month warranty on permanent jewellery repairs from the time it is soldered on. This only applies if you are still in possession of the chain, and if broken at the jump ring where it was soldered. In the case the chain is lost and cannot be retrieved, we are unfortunately unable to replace the chain for you.

All orders will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding our 9k solid gold range which is made to order and requires 3 weeks for production.

Australia Post standard shipping - $9.15
Approximate delivery 2-5 business days, depending on the state and post code.
Australia Post express shipping - $12.15
Approximate delivery 1-2 business days, please keep in mind that Australia Post can experience delays in certain circumstances.

How much will shipping cost?
Standard Australia wide shipping is free on all orders of $70 or more! If your order is below $70, standard shipping within Australia will cost $9.15 and $12.15 for express. All rates and delivery times can be viewed here.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to process orders within 24hrs after you place them. Standard Australia-wide orders will be received approximately 2-5 business days after the order has been sent, and express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard International shipping depends on your country location and rate of Australia Post delivery, but it approximately 12 business days.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packaged in our branded Mint Kiss boxes and sent out in our compostable postage satchels. If you select 'gift wrapping', they will look like this in our branded box and tissue paper, and wrapped with a super cute branded ribbon. To lessen our carbon footprint and to ensure we are being as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged appropriately in one box. Let us know in the notes section of the checkout if you require more than one box for separate packaging. No pricing information is included, that way you can have it shipped directly to that special someone! If you would like to add a gift note, please include it in the text box on the product page.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, to make shopping easier, we offer the Afterpay payment option, so you can Shop Now, Wear Now and Pay Later. Pay your order off in four equal and affordable, interest free fortnightly instalments.
How do I figure out my ring size?
You can view our ring size guide here. This will help you measure your correct size, or alternatively, pop into a local jeweller.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards for $50, $100, $150, and $200. You can find them here.
Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size, we accept exchanges up to 30 days after items are received. Or alternatively you can request a store credit, but we do not offer refunds. For health reasons we cannot accept earring exchanges. Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Items must be retuned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend using tracked postage and protective packaging to ensure the items arrive safely.

Our pieces are made by our global team of craftsmen in India, China, and Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams & whom value responsible working practices for their artisans.
